How does it Work? How do we get your data? Three different ways, depending on what method you prefer:
1. Bills can come to you:
o you enter, and we reconcile your accounts
o you code the bills, send to us and we enter and reconcile
o we come to your office, code and enter the bills
2. Bills and deposits can come directly to us:
o we scan, you access on the portal and you can code before we enter
o we enter into your QuickBooks file and send you a list of open items (OIL)
3. We download data from your bank, credit card, and payroll provider.
Once the data is in your Quick Books system, we can then:
· enter data for you to pay in your on-line bill payment service
· reconcile your bank accounts,
· make sure you are in compliance with all state and federal payroll tax requirements
